Attorneys

Alex Snyder concentrates his practice in business and real estate law and estate planning and administration, including the administration of trusts. Alex works with small and closely-held business clients on issues such as entity formation and structuring, contract review and shipping and distribution. He has gained a deep understanding of the issues facing family-owned and agricultural businesses through his experience with his family's small commercial farm. In the real estate area, he counsels clients on landlord/tenant issues, zoning matters and residential real estate transactions.

 Alex currently participates in Junior Achievement, teaching a class in basic business to fifth-grade students in the York City School District.
