Attorneys

Joe Falcon is a patent attorney, a member of the Intellectual Property Law Group and the Business Transactions Practice Group. He prepares U.S. and international patent applications and prepares and prosecutes trademark applications. He also litigates intellectual property matters and prepares licensing agreements, patentability, trademark, validity and infringement opinions.

Prior to joining Barley Snyder, Joe practiced with Morgan Lewis & Bockius in their Philadelphia office for nearly four years.
