Paul Browning concentrates his practice in real estate law and has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale of real estate, commercial and industrial development and leasing, creation and organization of condominiums and planned communities, zoning and land development and real estate-based financing. In the area of planned communities, Paul has particular experience in the development and organization of over 55, age-restricted communities from a developer's perspective. In addition, Paul has substantial involvement in matters relating to construction and the negotiation of construction agreements.
