Paul Minnich concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and maintains an active trial practice in the state and federal courts. In Paul’s 17 years of practice he has handled a broad range of litigation matters including contract litigation, fiduciary litigation, minority shareholder litigation, restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation, insurance and coverage litigation and real estate and eminent domain cases. 

With over a decade of fiduciary litigation experience, Paul has worked with trust officers, estate administrators, financial institutions, advisors and brokers, corporate fiduciaries, investment companies and charitable institutions.  He has handled will contest trials, guardianship cases, trust disputes and objections to accounts throughout Central Pennsylvania.

As a native of York, Paul has supported the growth and well-being of his hometown through his active community involvement. He is the board president of Crossroads Counseling where he has been active on the board of directors since 1999.  Paul is also a member of the board of directors of Adams-Hanover Counseling and Planned Parenthood of Central Pennsylvania. He is also a former member of the board of Leadership York.

In addition to being an active litigator, mentor and advisor, Paul has also been a well-received speaker, delivering presentations on construction, insurance, risk management and fiduciary law issues to a variety of public and private groups.
