Representative Experience
- Negotiation of a $135 million, multi-building design-build construction contract
- Successfully represented owner of a retirement community to resolve claims arising out of a $24 million project which experienced significant delays and cost overruns, as well as punchlist and ongoing construction problems, including claims by and against the contractor, subcontractors, and design professionals
