Audit Scheduling List to be Released in March

Published on

February 28, 2019

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has announced it will post the 2019 Corporate Scheduling Announcement List in mid-to-late March in its Freedom of Information Act Library.

The OFCCP will send no letters to federal contractors. The new list will include contractors selected for Section 503 Focused Reviews and compliance checks to ensure contractors have written affirmative action programs as the federal government previously forewarned.

Once the list is published, OFCCP will not send scheduling letters to the contractors on the list for another 45 days. Contractors should monitor the FOIA website in March to verify whether they have been selected for an audit and if so, take steps in advance to prepare before the formal scheduling letter arrives.

Any contractors that find themselves scheduled for the audit can contact me or anyone in the Barley Snyder Employment Practice Group with questions on how to proceed.
