Malvern, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce attorney Albert T. Keyack has joined the firm as an attorney in its Intellectual Property Practice Group based in Malvern, Pa.
Keyack brings over two decades of experience in intellectual property law to the firm. He has represented the European Patent Office (EPO) as the first Attaché to the United States, a role that advocates for European patents and acts as a liaison with U.S. based applicants to the EPO. Keyack has also been a partner at a Philadelphia-based law firm while being involved with the American Intellectual Property Association and the Intellectual Property Owners Association. He also had a patent and intellectual property practice through his own firm and has spoken extensively on a wide range of intellectual property topics in the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and more. Additionally, Keyack has experience with patent and trademark prosecution, intellectual property litigation, as well as licensing, finance and acquisitions.

Keyack graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and obtained his law degree from Rutgers Law School.
