Harrisburg, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce Attorney William C. Boak has rejoined the firm as a member of its Litigation Practice Group in Harrisburg.

Boak brings significant experience representing businesses, organizations and individuals in state and federal courts in various business and litigation matters. He is also well-versed in handling labor and employment matters, defending clients against discrimination claims, wrongful termination cases and FMLA violations.

“I am excited to return to Barley Snyder, a leading law firm in Pennsylvania, and reunite with the litigation team,” said Boak. “I look forward to assisting our clients as we guide them through complex litigation matters while utilizing the significant resources the firm has to offer.”

Before rejoining Barley Snyder, Boak worked for a law firm based in Harrisburg where he handled labor and employment and injunction matters. He initially joined Barley Snyder when the members of the former Rhoads & Sinon combined with Barley Snyder in 2018. Before entering private practice, Boak served as a law clerk to Judge Thomas I. Vanaskie of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Through this experience, he gained valuable insight into the practice and procedure of federal courts.

Boak earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Temple University, his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Rutgers Business School, and his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law.
