Wyomissing, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce Attorney Brandon D. Pack has joined the firm in its Wyomissing office.
Pack will be a part of Barley Snyder’s Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, concentrating his practice in the areas of financial services litigation, banking litigation, and residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures. He brings over a decade of legal experience representing financial institutions as well as secured and unsecured creditors in both federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels.
“I am excited to become a part of Barley Snyder, a law firm well-known for its strong finance and creditors’ rights practice in Pennsylvania,” said Pack. “I look forward to taking advantage of the firm’s plethora of resources as I guide clients through bankruptcy, foreclosures and other complex matters.”
Prior to joining Barley Snyder, Pack worked as a litigation attorney at a law firm primarily focused on creditors’ rights and real estate matters where he frequently handled trials relating to foreclosure, eviction and title matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, oversaw appeals in state and federal court and provided counsel on compliance and regulatory matters. Pack also has experience working in the public sector, serving as an Assistant Public Defender in Berks County where he handled criminal defense cases.
“When we initially opened the doors of our Wyomissing office, our plan was, and it continues to be, to add talented, like-minded attorneys that fit our firm’s aspirations so as to benefit our clients and the community,” said Managing Partner Jeff Lobach. “Without a doubt, Brandon will be a terrific asset to our creditors’ rights team and the firm as a whole.”
Pack earned his bachelor’s degree from Temple University and his juris doctor degree from Widener University School of Law.
