Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that attorney Lindsey M. Cook has graduated as a member of the 2019 Lancaster Leadership Core Class of 2019.
Cook joins more than two dozen Barley Snyder professionals that have successfully completed the program since its inception in 1984. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, and is one of five firm attorneys admitted to practice law in Maryland.
Leadership Lancaster’s mission is to develop outstanding community leadership to support the needs of Lancaster County, according to its website. Cook is taking that to heart, as she recently joined the board of directors at the Coalition for Smart Growth, a nonprofit organization promoting responsible development in Lancaster County.
“Part of why I chose to join Barley Snyder was its commitment in its mission to giving back to the community,” Cook said. “The opportunities here to truly be part of the community and help guide its future have been tremendous. I look forward to using the skills I learned at Leadership Lancaster to help the community at large.”
