Hanover, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that partner Jeremy D. Frey has been named to the board of directors at the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce.
The membership-based organization works with partners such as schools, businesses and organizations to advance the interests of Hanover’s business community, according to its website.
This year, Barley Snyder is being recognized by the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce for 60 years of membership.
“The Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce is a driving force in the area’s business community,” Frey said. “The organization has been working for decades to improve the business climate. I’m very proud to be part of the team that will help chart the course of the chamber to benefit future generations of businesses in Hanover.”
Frey is the chair of the Barley Snyder Business Practice Group, and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Finance & Creditors’ Rights practice groups. In addition to being on the board at the chamber, he is on the board of directors at the Hanover Country Club. He also is a former president of the board of directors at the Hanover Area YMCA, where he was instrumental in the planning, fundraising and construction of the South Hanover YMCA. He also coaches youth sports in the Hanover area.
