Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that Partner Lauralee B. Baker has been appointed to the board of directors of the Lancaster Symphony Orchestra (LSO). With unanimous support from the board, Baker joins the organization in its mission to deliver exceptional live music experiences, provide valuable educational opportunities, cultivate an appreciation for the arts, and enrich Lancaster through accessible performing arts.
Since its inception in 1947, the LSO has been committed to providing high-quality performances, unique repertoire, and educational services to the community. In addition to its annual concert season, the organization offers various outreach programs such as its LSO Neighborhood Series which provides free and engaging performances throughout our community and its StandPartners program which sends LSO musicians to classrooms for musical collaboration and discussion.

Baker’s appointment continues Barley Snyder’s long history of support for the LSO and the performing arts in Lancaster. The board has also outlined plans to engage Baker in the Governance and Development Committees within the organization.
