Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce Tenfold has named Attorney Tasha Stoltzfus Nankerville to its board of directors.
Tenfold is a nonprofit organization, based in Lancaster and York counties, aimed at helping people achieve equitable housing and financial security with a mission to overcome homelessness, according to its website. The organization provides emergency housing, landlord and tenant resources as well as educational resources geared toward financial literacy.
“When I first met with the Tenfold team, it was apparent they do more than just provide equitable housing services; Tenfold champions equitable housing and holistic services by intentionally working alongside and collaborating with clients, the Tenfold team, and the community at large. Tenfold’s commitment to DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) and operating synergetically solidified my desire to support this thriving organization,” said Nankerville. “I’m thrilled to learn more about housing equity and how I can be a small part of furthering Tenfold’s impact.”
“Tenfold has opened many doors to individuals facing difficult life challenges, providing access to shelter, affordable housing and financial guidance. It has been an honor to be a part of the organization’s strategic growth to better serve the mission and our community,” said Barley Snyder Attorney Abby Medin Tucker who has served on the Board of Tenfold (previously as part of Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership) since 2019, most recently as Vice Chair of the Board. “I have found my role at Tenfold very fulfilling and I am positive that Tasha will feel the same and help the organization further its mission.”
Nankerville is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Health Care groups, concentrating her practice on civil litigation and medical malpractice. A Lancaster native dedicated to giving back to her community, she was also recently named to the board of directors of Advoz: Mediation & Restorative Practices. Nankerville has volunteered with many non-profit organizations including Lancaster County Conservancy, Night to Shine, Church World Services and the American Heart Association.
Before joining Barley Snyder, Nankerville worked as an intern with the Lancaster County District Attorney’s office and Villanova Law’s Institute to Address Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE Institute). She continues a longstanding tradition of former Barley Snyder summer associates returning to the firm.
