Reading, Pa. – Barley Snyder is proud to announce attorneys Brian Ott and Keith Mooney have been named to Lehigh Valley Business’s Law Power List for a second consecutive year. The list, determined by the LVB editorial board, recognizes influential attorneys in the region who demonstrate impactful leadership and continuously help improve the quality of life of the community.
Ott has been a partner in the Barley Snyder’s Trusts & Estates and Tax groups for more than 35 years. He focuses his practice on both complex and simple estate and tax planning, administration of estates and trusts, business succession planning and the representation of private foundations and tax-exempt organizations. He serves on the Orphans’ Court Rules Committee of the Berks County Bar Association and on the boards of directors of several charitable organizations. Ott is also a past president of the Berks County Estate Planning Council.

Mooney is an attorney in the firm for nearly 20 years, concentrating his practice on municipal, real estate, labor and employment law. He serves as a municipal law counselor, advising and representing local municipal governments and municipal authorities in various matters including workforce, civil service, administrative, condemnations and more. Keith is very active in his community, currently serving as a board member at The Highlands at Wyomissing, the Reading Public Library and the Berks Arts Council.
