Barley Snyder Names Joshua Schwartz Partner

Lancaster, PA – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that Joshua Schwartz has been voted into the law firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2015. Josh practices in the firm’s Employment Law group and leads its Workers’ Compensation practice.

Josh represents management and employers in all aspects of labor and employment law and in employment litigation matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He also counsels employers on issues related to employee discipline and termination, workplace harassment and compliance with federal and state employment laws.

Josh received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Columbia Law School and his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Muhlenberg College. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts and the District of Columbia and is a frequent writer and presenter on employment-related topics.
