Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder partner Reilly S. Noetzel has been appointed to the Lancaster Bar Association’s Board of Directors.
The Lancaster Bar Association (LBA) is a professional organization made up of nearly eight hundred attorney, judge and legal professional members. Located in downtown Lancaster, the LBA offers a variety of resources including continuing legal education, networking opportunities and professional development. Its mission is to promote competence, ethics and collegiality in the legal profession, provide service to the public, and advocate for the fair administration of justice in Lancaster County. Noetzel has been involved with the LBA for several years, having previously served on its Judiciary Committee and as Chair of its Municipal, Zoning & Environmental Law Section.
“It is an honor to join the Lancaster Bar Association’s Board of Directors and have the opportunity to work alongside its governing body,” said Noetzel. “I’m eager to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Association in this new position.”
Noetzel is a partner in Barley Snyder’s Real Estate Practice Group and Construction, Environment, Land Use and Municipal industry groups. He represents clients in all aspects of their real estate transactions and developments and is a licensed title agent. In addition to his professional work, Noetzel is actively involved in the Lancaster community, serving on the boards of the Central Market Trust and the Penn Manor Education Foundation. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s House of Delegates and serves as Chair of the Ethics Committee for the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County. Noetzel is a member of the Community Associations Institute Keystone Chapter and has previously served as an adjunct faculty member at Messiah University.
