Malvern, Pa. – Barley Snyder partner Salvatore Anastasi has been named a “Top Lawyer” in intellectual property law by Main Line Today in its 2024 edition.
The “Top Lawyers” list by Main Line Today is an annual recognition highlighting the best legal professionals from the Main Line and Philadelphia’s western suburbs in more than 23 practice areas. Each year, attorneys are nominated through peer balloting, then vetted through the publication’s editorial process. Only lawyers practicing in Pennsylvania can nominate, and self-nomination is not permitted, ensuring the integrity and credibility of the list. Anastasi was previously named a “Top Lawyer” in Main Line Today’s 2023 and 2021 editions.

Anastasi is a patent attorney and the chair of Barley Snyder’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. He advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property, including domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution and intellectual property litigation. He works with clients ranging in size from small family businesses to large, multi-national companies, in a wide variety of industries.
Longtime affiliate of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), Anastasi currently serves as the First Vice President of the AIPLA’s board of directors. The AIPLA is a national bar association that represents a variety of individuals from law firms, companies, and institutions involved in patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition law and other fields of law affecting intellectual property. Anastasi also serves as secretary of the Brandywine Regional Airport.
