Lancaster, Pa. – Census statistics show that the senior population is growing and the average age of Pennsylvanians is increasing.
As a result, the need for senior living facilities will increase throughout the country and especially in central Pennsylvania with its growing senior population. To aid that effort, Barley Snyder has pooled its extensive experience in this space to form a Senior Living Industry Group dedicated to serving the needs of the firm’s senior living clients.
The firm has a long history of working with the senior living industry to assist its clients in expanding their missions while remaining legally compliant.
“We have worked closely with the senior living industry for many years and have a number of exciting projects underway for our clients. We recognize that it’s an industry facing many new changes and opportunities so we formed this group to consolidate our senior living resources,” said Christopher J. This is our way of showing our commitment to the big picture.”
More than a dozen attorneys currently fill out the group with experience in mergers and acquisitions, health care, real estate, construction, tax-exempt finance, employment and the various legal areas that impact senior living communities.
