Barley Snyder Tops JD Supra’s 2017 Food & Beverage List
Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is proud to announce it has received the 2017 Readers’ Choice Award in the category of Food & Beverage from content information firm, JD Supra.
In addition to the award for the firm, JD Supra announced that Barley Snyder partner Christopher J. Churchill of Lancaster authored the most read article of 2016 in its Food & Beverage category, an October client alert, “When ‘Organic’ is Not ‘Organic,’ Even When the USDA Says It Is.” Churchill is the chair of the firm’s Health Law Group, and also a member of Barley Snyder’s Food & Agribusiness Group.
“We stay informed of developments in the industry and offer our insights,” said Timothy G. Dietrich, the chair of the firm’s Food & Agribusiness Industry Group, which materialized in 2016. “And we keep our clients informed through our client alerts, which JD Supra posts and sends out to some of the most influential companies in the world. It’s very satisfying to be honored by the JD Supra Readers’ Choice Awards and for Chris to be recognized as well.”
The 2017 Readers’ Choice Awards recognize top authors and firms that were read by C-suite executives, in-house counsel, media and other professionals across the JD Supra platform during 2016. Readers’ Choice Awards reflect an in-depth search into JD Supra’s 2016 reader data, in which the company studied total visibility among reader segments within specific industries and among readers across many industries interested in certain defining topics of the day.
Across all 34 categories, JD Supra recognized the excellence and achievement of 224 authors selected from over 40,000 who publish their work through the company.
