For Immediate Release
Malvern, Pa. – Barley Snyder is proud to announce that attorney Kevin Myhre has been named to the executive board of the Chester County Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
A former scout, Myhre now joins the executive board that presides over the operations of the Boy Scout troops of Chester County, where Myhre grew up. In high school, he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in Boy Scout Troop 6 in West Chester.
“It’s a great honor to be able to help shape the next generation of scouts,” Myhre said. “It was a tremendous influence in my life and helped shaped who I am today. Chester County scouting already is a powerful, driving force that helps mold our youth, and I want to do my part to keep it that way and help enhance the scouting experience.”
Based out of Barley Snyder’s Malvern office, Myhre is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a patent examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and was an aerospace engineering student at the University of Virginia.
