Tomevi is a member of the firm’s Litigation group. As a litigator, Tomevi practices in the areas of commercial, real estate, fiduciary and corporate litigation cases.
“The JCC is dedicated to promoting diversity and wellness throughout York, two values I follow in my life as well,” he said. “It has provided a family-friendly community asset in the York area since 1910, and I’m proud to have been selected to help guide its future.”
Tomevi recently gained membership into the exclusive Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum for his work on a settlement in a shareholder dispute that resulted in his client receiving nearly $4 million. The JCC is a thriving, non-profit community center that welcomes the diverse population of York County, regardless of religion, financial or ethnic background. The JCC’s commitment to the community includes a fitness center, over 100 group and water fitness classes each week, lap and family swims, open gym use, family art and gym activities, a relaxation center complete with whirlpool, sauna and steam room, and discounts on fitness, social and enrichment classes and programs.
