Caleb is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group with a wide variety of educational and work experiences. He brings a passion for law and helping people to Barley Snyder.
Caleb earned his undergraduate degree in only two years at the York College of Pennsylvania where he majored in political science and minored in legal studies. During his time there, Caleb garnered several accolades over the course of his studies. He was selected as a member of the Senior Honor Society, awarded the Presidential Scholarship, and was featured in the York College Alumni Spotlight. Outside of the classroom, Caleb founded The Pre-Law Society and served as its president, worked as a peer tutor, and served as co-editor for the Past and Present, a student-run research publication within the York College Department of History and Political Science.
During law school, Caleb continued his academic pursuits at Boston College Law School where he received a merit-based academic scholarship. He was actively involved on campus serving as a Lawyer Student Association mentor, a teaching assistant and a research assistant in addition to other roles. Furthermore, Caleb gained substantial experience in the legal sector through numerous internships, externships and prior job roles. He worked as a summer associate at a Delaware based law firm in the areas of corporate litigation and bankruptcy. In this role, he conducted research, drafted memos, assisted in brief drafting and more. Caleb completed a legal externship at the Office of the New York State Attorney General’s office and a legal internship at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. He also obtained experience working as a settlement coordinator at a real estate/estate planning law firm in Delaware and as a paralegal at a small law firm in York.
In his free time, Caleb enjoys playing tennis, hiking, playing a strategy card game called Magic the Gathering, and providing complimentary financial advice to his peers in regards to budgeting, getting out of debt, and investment options.
