Barley Snyder’s Creditors’ Rights Practice Group has extensive experience in dealing with creditors’ rights including foreclosures, collections, bankruptcy matters and more. When specific loan assets become non-performing or otherwise troubled, we have you covered. Our Creditors’ Rights attorneys assist creditors, financial institutions, and lenders with:
- Loan modification and restructuring
- Workout and orderly liquidations including secured party sales
- Judicial enforcement including confession of judgment, mortgage foreclosures, personal property executions, and actions on notes and guarantees
- Sale of loans individually or in pools
- Lender liability issues
- Enforcement of lenders’ rights in bankruptcy including cash collateral orders, plan objections, and relief from the automatic stay
- Managing and disposing of REO real estate
