Can companies (restaurants, hotels, event venues) require proof of vaccination before allowing patrons to enter its facility or access certain amenities/areas? Can employers incentivize employees to get vaccinated? Can companies require employees and/or patrons to sign a waiver of liability if they decide not to receive the vaccination?
