For Immediate Release

York, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce that attorney Michael Crocenzi has been named to the board of directors of the York County Bar Foundation. Upon his appointment, he was then elected the board’s treasurer.

The foundation is the charitable arm of the York County Bar Association. Together, the two groups aspire to build the organizations’ capacity for leadership and service to improve the legal profession, the community they serve and the administration of justice in society, according to its website.

Crocenzi said Barley Snyder partner Paul Minnich, a former foundation board member and past president, helped stoke his interest for becoming involved with the board.

“The foundation, along with the bar association, is dedicated to the same values I have as an attorney, to bring the legal professional forward and advocate for community leadership,” Crocenzi said. “I’m very happy to be part of the foundation’s leadership for this three-year term.”

Crocenzi is a member of the firm’s Employment and Litigation practice groups and the Food & Agribusiness Industry Group. In addition to the foundation, he recently was named to the board of directors at LifePath Christian Ministries in York.
