Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder attorney Elizabeth Melamed was elected to the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster at a board meeting held on May 24. She will serve a one-year term.

Melamed’s also focuses her legal practice in cybersecurity, its breadth and scope in the business community and the health industry. She provides legal counseling on privacy, data security, and cybersecurity, including risk and liability concerns. She has presented at regional and statewide cybersecurity seminars. She has been published throughout Pennsylvania on methods to keep businesses safe and compliant in the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity.

Melamed received her J.D. from the Rutgers School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Drexel University. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
