Barley Snyder, a regional law firm of more than 130 attorneys, has an excellent opportunity for a Food and Agribusiness Attorney.
The ideal candidate will have experience or a specific interest in food and agribusiness and at least 1-3 years of experience in the practice of law. Individual will provide counsel to agricultural and food industry clients, which will be expected to include drafting and reviewing various contracts and other documents, providing risk assessment and management advice, and assisting with permitting, regulatory compliance and governmental oversight. Candidates should have a basic understanding or desire to learn the local, national and global agricultural and food systems, and be prepared to demonstrate the ability or willingness to become trusted advisors to sophisticated clients in this specialized industry.
