For Immediate Release
York, Pa. – Barley Snyder is proud to announce it partner Paul Minnich has been admitted to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum®.
Minnich, the chair of Barley Snyder’s litigation group, is one of 20 attorneys in central Pennsylvania who has qualified for this recognition, including one of just five in York County. He achieved membership to group for his representation of a minority shareholder who was frozen out of an expanding technology startup company. After a successful preliminary injunction hearing, Minnich was able to recover more than $3.8 million for his client. Minnich was previously a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum® based on a prior $1.8-million recovery in an estate litigation matter.
“I am pleased to be joining this prestigious group,” Minnich said about the forum. “I am even more pleased that we were able to provide a significant recovery for our client, far beyond what is typically achievable in these types of cases.”
In addition to maintaining an active trial practice in Pennsylvania and Maryland, Minnich is actively involved in the community, as WellSpan Health recently named Minnich to its board of directors. He also is vice-chairman of WellSpan’s planning committee and chairman of WellSpan Specialty Services. Minnich devotes additional volunteer time in his community to organizations including the York County Bar Foundation and TrueNorth Wellness Services, where he is immediate past president of both organizations.
The Million Dollar Advocates Forum® is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements. Less than 1 percent of U.S. lawyers are members.
