Tricia M. Ranck

Tricia Ranck is a paralegal in the Litigation group where she works on a wide range of matters including general liability and commercial litigation, including construction and casualty litigation. She assists the litigation attorneys in their representation of businesses, health care institutions, banking institutions and individuals. Tricia is involved with all phases of litigation and case management, from inception to trial.   

In addition to her work as a litigation paralegal, Tricia also functions as the firm’s litigation technology/support paralegal. Tricia is well versed in electronic discovery and large document review/production. Tricia is skilled in the use of Trial Director software and has provided visual presentation support to attorneys at numerous arbitrations, hearings and trials. 

Tricia is also involved with Barley Snyder’s Practice Excellence® initiative and has been integral in creating numerous litigation templates to streamline standard litigation processes. She is a member of Barley Snyder’s Wellness Committee and is committed to the firm’s numerous wellness initiatives, having served on committees to organize events for the group. Tricia is a recreational runner who has conquered 14 marathons and eight half marathons, many of them in the popular runDisney racing series at Disney World in Orlando, Fla. She also enjoys flower gardening and spending time outdoors.

Colleen Brelje, C.B.A., Pa.C.P.

Colleen joined Barley Snyder in 2001 as a senior paralegal in the Creditors’ Rights group. She has worked as a creditors’ rights paralegal since 1987. Colleen assists clients in the collection process including, preparing and filing pleadings in both state and federal courts, obtaining and executing on judgments, and locating individuals and assets. Client’s benefit from her extensive creditors’ rights knowledge and experience.

Colleen has been instrumental in the development of forms and checklists; and she seeks to continue her work in this area as a Practice Excellence® tool in her every day practice to better serve the firm’s clients.

Colleen is currently active with the ABJA and serves on the CBA and Conference Committees.

Cathy J. Eveler

Cathy is a paralegal in the Real Estate and Business practice groups. She assists businesses and individuals with commercial and residential transactions, focusing on the preparation of settlement statements, title insurance policies, closing documentation and coordination of post-closing matters. As a skilled paralegal, Cathy has significant experience with both asset-based and real estate loan transactions including buying and selling of commercial real estate and commercial financing, as well as assisting with the development and redevelopment of residential and commercial projects.

In addition to her work with the firm’s Real Estate group, Cathy is regularly the go-to paralegal within the firm for liquor license transfer work and corporate work.

Carol R. Fahnestock

Carol R. Fahnestock is a paralegal in the Trusts & Estates group. She assists individual clients who are appointed personal representative of an estate and guides them through the estate administration process. Carol enjoys working with clients one on one as well as with other professionals involved in estate administration.

Becky W. Munscher

Becky assists businesses and individual clients with the complex legal issues involved in obtaining legal status to work and live in the United States. Becky has extensive experience working with health care immigration, business and employment-based immigration, marital and family immigration, employer compliance, naturalization, and diversity.

Anne D. Dellosso

Anne is a paralegal in both the Employment and Workers’ Compensation practice groups. For Workers’ Compensation cases, she works closely with employers and insurance carriers in all processes involved with a workers’ compensation claim and collaborates with attorneys for analysis and strategy in cases. She also obtains background medical information and prepares detailed chronological medical summaries. In addition, Anne oversees management of the group and maintains prompt communications with clients concerning the progress of their cases.

Anne is an active member and former chair of the firm’s Health & Wellness Committee, which oversees “BarleyFit,” the firm’s wellness initiative.

Amy L. Shirk

Amy is a paralegal in the Employment Practice Group. She assists attorneys with many aspects of the litigation process, including preparing and responding to discovery requests, preparing and filing pleadings in state and federal courts, background investigations, legal research, and deposition and trial preparation.

She also assists her attorneys at trial by utilizing Trial Director to project exhibits for ease of view and understanding by all in the courtroom. In addition, Amy collects and analyzes data to create affirmative action plans for employers who maintain federal contracts to assist them in complying with the federal Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs regulations. Finally, Amy embraces new opportunities to utilize technology as a Practice Excellence® tool in her day-to-day assignments to streamline processes to better serve the firm’s clients.
