Bill is a member of the firm’s Finance and Real Estate groups. Bill has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to municipal finance and is a long standing member of both the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers, and has also acted as a panelist on governmental obligations at the annual Bond Attorneys Workshop of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. In addition to serving as bond counsel in connection with governmental finance transactions, Bill also serves as solicitor for municipalities and authorities.
